A message pops up saying incorrect username and password combination:
Passwords are 'case sensitive' so if a letter is a capital then it must be typed as a capital. Usernames are not case-sensitive.
You may have changed your password and forgotton it. Leave the password field blank at the login page and you will be taken to a page where you can retrieve your password using memorable data.
You will need to know which 'web-browser' (AOL, Internet Explorer) you use to view the pages. 'Cookies' must also be enabled to use the site.
