ifsProShare is a not for profit organisation committed to encouraging employee share ownership and providing workplace financial education. It is part of the ifs School of Finance, a leading provider of financial education to young people in schools and colleges, consumers and those working within the financial services industry.
In March 2005 the ifs acquired ProShare UK Ltd. This has secured the future growth of the prime activities of ProShare and enhanced the overall offering of the ifs through integrating the highly acclaimed ProShare Student Investor programme into its 14-19 proposition. The ifsProShare faculty oversees developments in the Employee Share Schemes arena, and provides a forum for dialogue between Advisers, Administrators, Companies and those creating legislation affecting the share plans industry. In addition the faculty comments on issues affecting private investors and is concerned with financial education in the workplace.
