Britain’s most successful paralympian, Dame Tanni Grey Thompson, who has broken 30 world records, won 11 gold Paralympic medals and holds over 20 honorary doctorates from UK Higher Education Institutions, is to give an ifs School of Finance lecture at Clothworkers Hall later this month.
Phil Hall, Head of Public Affairs at the ifs School of Finance said,
“We are delighted to have someone of Dame Tanni‘s calibre to give what promises to be an inspirational lecture. I am sure that her speech will provide a good insight into how her personal motivation has enabled her to achieve so much – lessons from which I am sure we could all learn a great deal.”
Dame Tanni, also a London 2012 ambassador, will be speaking from 6pm on Tuesday 17 June 2008.
The event costs £10 for ifs School of Finance alumni but is also open to non–alumni for just £20. Please click here to book your place.
