
What is the DipCRM?
(Only available to employees of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group)
A specialist qualification designed to equip employees of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group with a sound understanding of the principles of customer relationship management and how they can be applied, both to the financial services industry as a whole, and specifically within the RBS group.
What does the course cover?
The Diploma comprises three units provided by the ifs School of Finance:

Entry requirements
Students are required to have a minimum of GCSE grade C or equivalent in English Language and Maths. You must also have a level of proficiency, as exemplified for example by GCSE standard, in ICT. Qualification level
The full Diploma is assessed at first year undergraduate degree level.

The recommended study time is between 200 - 300 hours per unit.

Assessment
The Diploma in Customer Relationship Management is assessed and awarded by the ifs School of Finance.
Customers and their Needs and Measuring Performance both comprise two assessment components:
Principles of Lending is assessed by a two-hour objective test, delivered electronically.
