Treating Customers Fairly Cercc The ifs Certificate in Regulated Customer Care (CeRCC)

In March 2007 the FSA will give a progress report on the TCF initiative, focusing on how firms have progressed with the implementation and embedding stages of the initiative. A key stage of embedding is the need to develop appropriate training for staff at all levels.

The Certificate in Regulated Customer Care (CeRCC) is a qualification specifically designed to assist individuals and firms in ensuring the fair treatment of customers. The qualification comprises a single module. You can register online or over the phone by calling us on +44(0)1227 818609.

As with all similar qualifications provided by the ifs, such as our benchmark mortgage qualification CeMAP®, learning materials and the examination entry fee is included in the price.

The ifs School of Finance has pioneered electronic assessment, and examinations for CeRCC are available at over 150 testing centres throughout the UK. As a student of CeRCC you will be provided with a list of centres and book your examination at a time and location convenient to you. Results are issued before you leave the examination centre.
